- If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- If the services were not rendered due to an error on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund will be provided for partial months or unused services.
- Late contributions are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
- A nominal processing fee may be deducted.
